Hello,

I am pleased to announce version 1.29 of OL-Cesium, based on OpenLayers 4.2.0 and Cesium 1.35.2.

This version is a port to the latest stable OpenLayers and Cesium versions.

Thank you to all contributors of OpenLayers, Cesium and OL-Cesium.
