Hello,

I am pleased to announce version 1.23 of OL3-Cesium, based on OpenLayers 3.20.0 and Cesium 1.29.

This version is a port to the latest stable OL3 and Cesium versions.

Thank you to all contributors of OL3, Cesium and OL3-Cesium.
