Hello,

I am pleased to announce version 2.8 of OL-Cesium, based on OpenLayers 5.3.1 and Cesium 1.55.

This version fixes the deployed examples. Otherwise it is a purely porting version.

Thank you to all contributors of OpenLayers, Cesium and OL-Cesium.
