OL3-Cesium 1.24 release

Hello,

I am pleased to announce version 1.24 of OL3-Cesium, based on OpenLayers 4.0.1 and Cesium 1.30.

This version is a port to the latest stable OpenLayers and Cesium versions.

Itadds some very basic support for automatically handling lines on terrain by using a Cesium corridor geometry (line width in meters).

Thank you to all contributors of OpenLayers, Cesium and OL3-Cesium.

Following the renaming of OpenLayers3, the OL3-Cesium project was renamed to OL-Cesium.
The first ol-cesium release is v1.24.3. Please update.
