I hope you are doing well in these strange days :D

I hope everybody here is fine. The domain openegypt.org renewal is within three weeks (September 9th). I'm willing to donate it if anyone needs it, otherwise I'll just drop it.

I would suggest that you contribute to this money pot, so that the domain fees would be distributed among us: https://www.leetchi.com/en/c/wm1qPqQw

I know it's a little fee, and your contribution can be like 1$ per year, but this is the line between "real community need" and "unnecessary expenses". So I would suggest you all contribute and we give the money to Mekkawy for renewal and possibly previous year expenses.

Thank you everyone for the responses, I didn't see that coming :D

Actually ADEF stepped up and took over the domain already, so nobody has to donate.. I still have openegypt.net, but was planning to hand it over to ADEF as well when it's time to renew, as they already got the .org. The email boxes are already obsolete now.

Please tell me if anyone has other thoughts about that.

I'm handing this over as I'm not planning to work on this project in the near future, but indeed I'm here if anything comes up.
