Canada's Funding Councils Release Public Access Policy

Great news out of Canada today!  Canada’s three largest funding agencies have just announced a new, coordinated public access policy requiring articles reporting on research they fund to be made freely accessible within 12 months of publication in a peer-reviewed journal.
