Facing problem during installation

I'm installing OpenCog, during installing "Cloning and building MOSES"

I got an error in make installation and the error snip is attached to it, please give me a solution to it as soon as possible.

well, the error message is very precise .. can you figure out why you can't copy that file?

resolve that issue, now facing another issue while building opencog. Screen shot is attached with it.
