Hypergraphs having edges between graphs (attn Linas)

Hi Linas and all,

You wrote "What kind of a graph has graphs as points?  What kind of graph has edges between graphs? A hypergraph!"

I've started to grok hypergraphs but I can't manage to see how that works, though it sounds intriguing. Any help?
