sampleagent.cc and sampleagent.h missing

hey, 

I am trying to do some practice from a tutorial of "Creating a new mind agent", but the sampleagent file is no more in the opencog example directory? I tried the same example using code available here "https://github.com/shawntan/opencog/tree/master/examples/modules" but having an error of missing header files and some other errors occur in the .c file.
