Hiking plus Saturday's in-person regular meeting

Hi everyone,

We have been doing meetups in cafe for a while. In search for refreshment, I am planning to do tomorrow's meetup in a hike. Everyone is welcome for joining the hike and meetup. If you are joining tomorrow, "reply to all" this email saying "I am joining" or something similar so that we will have some idea about our numbers. The overall route is planned as following:

1. 10:00 to 10:15 - Gathering at Budhanilkantha and take a darshan at the temple

2. 10:15 to 13:30 - Hike to Baghdwar and Shivapuri peak

3. 13:30 to 14:00 - Shared Snacks Meeting (Best: Bring some snacks from home)

4. 14:00 to 15:45 - Descend to Nagi Gumba

5. 15:45 to 16:30 - Separating from Budhanilkantha buspark

The weather looks clear tomorrow with a little bit of cloud, it will work as a shade for us. It is okay to carry an umbrella. Also, don't forget to bring water sufficient for yourself.

Thanks for responding, both personally and through the mailing list. Uptill now we expect to have around 7 to 9 people tomorrow. Others who haven't made a decision yet, if you feel like joining tomorrow morning, meet us at the Budhanilkantha temple at 10:00 AM to 10:15 AM.

Let's hike Shivapuri Hills. See you tomorrow.

Thank you everyone for joining today's hike. It was 10 of us and I hope this will become memorable. As our return was more adventurous because of the unpredictable weather, I wish no one gets ill tomorrow. The most important things were the conversations on the hike which, of course, creates a good bonding between us and will support to carry on the community works in the coming days.
