Dear Eric,
In the meantime, I've had a little more time to "play" with TicketsCAD. I'm working on a setup that I can use later for demonstration purposes. While doing that, I noticed a few small details for which I'd like to suggest some improvements:

1. The buttons that are likely to be used most often will be "Situation" and "New Issue." Although they are located on the far left, their size and color make them indistinguishable from the other buttons. Would it be possible to make them either larger or in a different color?

2. I was sure that while in "Situation", on the map, you could select a point and then right-click to choose "Open new Issue here," so that the address would be automatically added to the issue... But I can't find that anymore... maybe that was an option in some other software ;-) but it would definitely be a helpful feature.

3. When customizing, you sometimes notice that a value is missing from a drop-down field. It would be great if a "superadmin" could jump directly to the relevant maintenance views from any management window.

4. A simple copy function for user accounts, facilities etc. would be nice.

5. I've set the map validity to 365 days what seems to be the maximum. Would it be possible to have a "never expire" option? Then there would be no need for a offline tile server.

As I said, these are just suggestions. Maybe there's something here that you also find useful.

Many thanks & best regards,
Kurt

1) Unique buttons... Unlikely. I recommend you use the keyboard shortcuts. /new and /sit
2) When adding a new incident, simply click on the map.
3), 4) and 5): If you can add these to the GitHub issues page separately, I'll look at prioritizing them for you. There's a good chance they'll be incorporated if they don't confuse the UI, which already has hundreds of new features. Hopefully with 3 and 4, these are temporary setup concerns. 5 looks like a valid concern we should address. But you may want to consider an off line tile server for use cases where you expect to lack internet connections all together. What about map updates next year? Would you reconnect to get updates?
