Hey there, im looking at setting this up for my local ARES/SKYWARN team. Was wondering how its setup, if I can run this off of a RASPI 3b, and if I could get some help setting this up? I’ll be running this during severe Weather events or during emergency activations. All help is greatly appreciated!

Odds are you plan to have a laptop anyhow for the user interface. (?!)  You're better off running TicketsCAD from your laptop. It's more reliable, easier to connect to, and simpler to troubleshoot in a crisis. You likely won't have a keyboard, monitor, or network connection for that Pi computer when the SSD card fails, because that's what Pi computers do when you need them most.
I also like Proxmox for hosting VMs for my home and volunteer entities/organizations when you don't want to dedicate your laptop to the app.
You might consider docker images as well. It's a decent IT skill to learn.

TicketsCAD NewUI v4.0+ will be released hopefully in the next 2 weeks.

Are you looking at the current publicly released versions? Or have you seen the recent YouTube videos?
There's an install video available. Covers a few install options. https://www.youtube.com/@EricOsterberg

I've been looking at both, which could be why I am a bit confused. I would like to use the new versions but want to run the stable versions right now to get something started. I can boot Windows 11 and Linux on my laptop if need-be. I already have docker installed on my laptop if that helps. I don't know a whole lot about coding though.
