Hi all,

We seem to like using this software for event control, just wondering, is there a way to permanantly delete all closed and open incidents, to start from fresh at 0?

Kind regards,
Dan

There is an option in the config screen to delete all closed tickets. Just use caution as it can also delete users. Responders facility and whole database entry

Thanks Mike,

This is helpful.

Couple other questions...

- Is it possible to change the audio files? I have tried to import some into the file directory of my database, but they dont seem to work and/ showup on the config,
- is it possible to add a layer on the default map? Such as a PNG/PDF of an event map, to display on the main map of the system?
- the drop pins on the map dont seem to load, they just show a broken image, is there any fix for this?

Changing of audio files such as sounds for tickets you have to add the sound files in the sounds folder in tickets root directory folder sounds. Then in config-setting you can set the default sounds. Or there is a setting button for sounds you choose the sounds for alert type for type of notification. As of right now it seems the default map openstreetmap has some issue such as when clicking on the map it doesn’t update incident address it only clears the address out to blank. Your best bet is to use KML right now. Create a folder in tickets directory called KML and add your KML file to that and it should be displayed on the map screen. If not you would manually have to do map markup your self.

Thanks so much for your help.

One final one (hopefully!)

When doing anything with locations; it always seems quite clunky.

Especially when working in a small location within 1/2 actually addresses/postcodes - fields for example.

Is there a way to free input a specific location which can be made up or adapted for an event, and also use a pin point? Rather than put a pin point then input the address information and being forced to write the Country, Street name etc?

Thanks
Dan

I’m not really sure on this. Maybe someone else could chime in on this. If your asking about having to enter city/state like in the USA for example for every incident then
. To have it populate the the same city and state each time you have to set default map please see the attached picture for references. After you set your default map with city and state check the settings under config to see if that is what is displayed and when you create a new incident it will keep the city and state. If this is not what your after maybe some one else can help.
