File erro on Lego NXT

Hello everybody,
First of all I want to express my gratitude for the excellent work in the development of this platform. We've had fun and learned a lot from it.
We are encountering a problem that we don't know how to get around: when using NXT blocks and when we want to run the program in the controller, in some blocks a file error appears. However, in some blocks this does not happen. We've already checked the robot's settings but it doesn't seem to be that way.
Has anyone had this type of error?

Thanks for your email. Could you send a screenshot of the errors to the list? Or give the specific text of the error?

I run the program in the simulator without problems but when I send it to the NXT block, the following error appears on the NXT block screen: File error!

I think I've figured out what's going on: some robots had an outdated firmware. I updated to version 1.31 and this error no longer appears. Thanks for listening.
