Problems Guiding with the Star Adventurer GTI

I've been having problems guiding with my Star Adventurer gti and guiding. I have a backlash reading of 8000ms and I've tried tightening the screws that fix backlash and they didn't seem to work. My orthonogonality is consistently around 8-10 after numerous calibrations. It seems like randomly hours into trying to get everything to work a lever is switched and it just magically starts working. I'm trying to upload my files and get the link like you're supposed to, but I am unable to copy and paste links out of the stellarmate firmware. The best I can get is my guide log from tonight and the 31st. There were no clouds either of these nights.

I don't really understand what your problem is with uploading your log files.  Are you running PHD2 on some kind of non-Windows Stellarmate box?  Obviously, you've found some way to copy files from that box to another PC.  From what I've seen via web search, the Ctrl-C and Ctrl-V keyboard shortcuts should work - have you done that?  Can you take screen snapshots on this thing?  If you can run PHD2 and use the Upload Logs feature on the Stellarmate box, perhaps you can just take a screen-shot of the PHD2 window that shows the link to the log files.  One way or another, we can't help you if you can't give us access to both your guide and debug log files.
