Installing PHD2 V2.6.12

Updating my version of PHD but having a bit of an issue. When I run the installer for V2.6.12, I get errors from The Windows antivirus software warning about a Trojan horse:Win32/BearFoos.A!ml and it promptly quarantines all of PHD2. I suspect this is a false positive. Not sure how to get around it but I suspect some googling should resolve that. Has anyone else seen/dealt with this.?

Sorry... should have included... The antivirus problem occurs trying to load PHD2 on a Mele quiter3c minipc running clean new copy Windows 11 downloaded from the windows website.

This is a false positive, hundreds of people have updated by now.  You can submit the installer executable to this web site to get an analysis by dozens of anti-malware apps:

Once you’re convinced there’s nothing wrong, you will need to temporarily disable your A-V software or change its settings to ignore this file.

Since there was nothing in the forum and the update has been out foe a while, I figured as much. Thought I would post just in case. I've taken the necessary steps to bypass the virus checker for PHD2 and everything is installed and functioning.Thanks for responding and confirming my suspicions. Much appreciated.
