In general we suggest treating plus code like a  <street name> <street number> or <street number> <street name> text and prepending or appending further qualification as appropriate for the locale. So if I wanted to specify an apartment number in Switzerland*

I would write:
Firstname Lastname

Apartment 20J

WVP9+R3

Zermatt

*I don't, that would be kinda creepy here!
