Hello,

I'd like to develop a map that shows all one degree segments, e.g. covering Ghana. (i.e. all segments like https://plus.codes/6CVW0000+).

What's the simplest way of doing that?

Thanks!
Bjoern

Do you mean you want to draw in the 1 degree latitude and longitude lines? If so, the easiest way is probably to use the Javascript Maps API and draw on some polylines.

Hi Doug,

yes, 1 degree lat/lon lines, with the "1 degree code" (e.g. 6CVW0000+) printed in the resulting squares. The motivation was to visualise how these codes relate to each other across a country. In the end I just produced a gpx, which I imported to Google Earth. However, a javascript example also would be a good way.

Thanks!

I'm working on a JS library that uses the Google Maps API to draw a grid with labels - the grid adjusts and resizes as you zoom. I'm intending to add it to the OLC github project soon.
