change plus code address to lat and long

how can i change plus code address to get lat and long in my java project?

There is a java implementration

https://github.com/google/open-location-code/tree/master/java

Has a 'decode' method. 

https://github.com/google/open-location-code/blob/master/java/src/main/java/com/google/openlocationcode/OpenLocationCode.java

Its a bit more complicated if need to deal with shortened codes. ie just the local code, plus a locality name. Will need access to geocoder that can turn those placenames into lat/long to use WITH the main Open Location Code decoder.
