is there any Python library or sample code to convert list of lat/long to plus code

My application is generating around 100K  lat / long per day based on user's location , My requirement is i want to convert  all the 100K lat/long which were stored in csv format  to plus code . I tried it with google sheets addons  to convert  lat/long to plus code . 

 My question is ,

1. Is there any Python library  or python sample code  to convert list of latitude and longitude to PLus code ?

The Python library is available in the main Github repo here. Simply call encode, e.g. encode(47.365590, 8.524997).
