ADC is not showing up

We are sending optical and sound stimuli into the recording chamber and a TTL is triggered by them which is received by the two input-output boards with BNC inputs, we are having one connected to the digital and the other to the analog connections of the main acquisition board. However, we are not seeing them now, while the signals are coming into the BNC cable connected to the oscilloscope, it is not coming into the input output board. Can anyone please help or suggest? Also, we are not seeing the LEDs on the DAC being on, wonder why they are off now (even after turning on the open Ephys software).  

Here are some pictures attached showing the sound trace in the previous recording and the recording which we tried  today( we tried to decrease the Volts to 0.01V also)

Hi there,

It's hard to tell what's happening just from those screenshots. Are you still having this issue? If so, are you aware of any conenctions that may have changed in your setup between the time of the first screenshot and the second?

Can you see data streaming from the headstage channels?
