How can a voter opt back in please

Hello,
I am  helping to run an election and  voter has said that she has not received the link. the election  agent sent her an email saying:
"If you intend to vote in the above election, please check your email settings as OpaVote is recording you as 'Opt Out All' and your email with your voting code has not been delivered."

I am helping the election agent but as I m  candidate in the election I cannot touch the opavote myself. Please can you let me know what either the voter or the election agent has to do  to request the email address is remove from the opt out list.

Hi Emma, voters can email me directly to opt back in. 

Note that the opt in is only effective for future elections.

Hello , thank you for you quick response. I take it then that if this voter wishes to vote in this election, the way to enable that would be for the election agent to create a unique code for her. Am I right  in thinking that this can be emailed to the voter who then  enters it directly into the opavote  website? (sorry if I am being a  bit slow here, but i just want to make sure I pass on the right information0.
