Hi again,

I have three voters (out of 44) who had email addresses with earthlink.net who did not receive the vote email on an election that was started yesterday. They did not have this problem with an election held in February. This is just so you know. I worked around by providing a code and disabling the original email ballots...

I checked our logs and earthlink reported the emails as being delivered.  I suspect it is a problem on earthlink's end...
