Hello All,

Just wanted to let the community know that I created an onyx-elasticsearch plugin.  It is available here: https://github.com/LiaisonTechnologies/onyx-elasticsearch.  The plugin has both read and write batch support and leverages the Elastisch library so could be easily enhanced if new features are needed.

Our first use case was a flow involving ElasticSearch, so I thought I'd go ahead and build one.  Was a good learning experience in Onyx as well as providing a useful result.  Since I'm new to Onyx I welcome any feedback on the plugin or how it could be improved, etc.  Of course, pull requests are welcome too.

Hope others find it useful!

Thanks,
Matt

Hey Matt, thanks for this fantastic plugin!

I'll take a closer look later today, but at first glance it looks well-documented - and it has tests! Very good. :) Plugins have some responsibility to support Onyx's ability in making input streams fault-tolerant. We can guide you how to do this in Gitter or Clojurians Slack if you'd like.

Also - if you'd like to move the repository into the Onyx Platform GitHub organization (and retain all IP rights), for the purpose of making it easier to find, we'd be happy to house it.

Thanks again Matt! It's exciting to see progress like this!
