IMPORTANT: Date changes

Hello folks,

Currently, there are only two Venture Officers supporting the city of Toronto. As a result, workload has become higher for Paul and myself, to the point where it is becoming unsustainable.

We need help. We need someone to step up and take over the co-ordination of either Thursday night at Dueling Grounds or Sunday afternoon at U of T. That someone can then apply for a Venture Agent position and receive some nice rewards (all PFS scenarios for free being the key one) and the immense satisfaction of helping the community.

Here's the bad part. 

If no one is able to step up and take over one of these nights then, effective March 1 the Sunday RPG sessions will be converted to the Adventure Card Game. This will leave only Tuesday and Thursday as regular RPG nights.

I'm open to discussion on all these points so please pipe up with your opinions.

I think ideally we could find new volunteers for both Thursday and Sunday.  David has been carrying more than he should for a fair bit of time now and he complains substantially less than I did in my stint in organizing.

I've met and discussed with David and will be taking over the coordinator role for Sundays at U of T. As I get into the role, I will appreciate input on what I'm doing well and what needs improving. This is new for me, so I am both a bit anxious and excited to be contributing to our community.

Thanks for stepping in to take this over.  In the spirit of trying early to give helpful input I would suggest doing what you can to promote https://www.pfstracker.net/ As under utilized as it is I did still find it helpful for choosing scenarios.

Well then I am clearly wrong with respect to Paul`s account,  Though in my defense I think I stopped doing searches on Paul about a year ago when his account was still consistently coming back with over a hundred unplayed scenarios.
