Black screen

Good morning,

Is anyone else getting a black screen ? This is day 2 for me in Van Buren. I can put my parcel in but then it kicks me out.

Hi Katie,

I've been having issues with both the black screen and connectivity to the citrix server (very intermittent). 
When I get the black screen after hitting the search button, it will bring me back to the same search screen. Whenever this happens, I hit the back arrow button and it will populate the data for the parcel I was looking for. I know this doesn't solve the problem with getting the black screen, but at least it will get you into the parcel data you are looking for.
