Citrix Password Reset

We would like all RPSv4 Citrix users to change their passwords now before we require this in a few weeks.
IMPORTANT:
Once you change your password, please log off Citrix and
disconnect from the CISCO VPN.
Wait at least 10 minutes before logging back into the CISCO VPN and Citrix application
with your new password.
To avoid any issues of being locked out, many folks change their password once
they are done for the day!
How to Change your password in Citrix
1. Log on to the Onondaga County Citrix Web Site:
http://10.200.15.10/Citrix/Xenweb/
2. Next to your Name, Click on down arrow and select 'Change Password'. Your username is displayed automatically. (DO NOT CHANGE!)
3. You must Enter your current password before entering the new password!
Don't forget to meet the Password Requirements Below!
*** Can NOT use any of your last 10 passwords!***
1. All passwords will require a minimum length of 8 characters.
2. Password must not contain username or first/last name.
3. Passwords must contain a minimum 3 of the 4 categories below:
- Uppercase characters (A through Z)
- Lowercase characters (a through z)
- Numeric digits (0 through 9)
- Special Characters (for example ~ ! @ # $ % ^ & )
