Role: Senior SAP MM/PP Functional Consultant
Duration: 3+ Months
Location: Remote / Lakeville, MA ( 50% travel to Lakeville, MA )
50% travel to Lakeville, MA
Responsibilities:
· Participate as an integral member of the ERP transformation project team supporting the various workstreams that intersect with Global Supply Chain business processes (Source-to-Pay, Plan-to-Make, Warehouse Management)
· Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, SAP development team, data governance, and subject matter experts to gather requirements, design and deliver implementations and enhancements within SAP MM/PP
· Work with the business and product partners from cross-functional initiatives to support the business processes related to Global Supply Chain and identify opportunities for productivity, efficiency, and growth enabled by tech solutions
· Accountable for maintaining integrations within SAP MM/PP module, supporting ecosystems and overseeing batch schedules working with 3rd party offshore support teams and/or Vendor support teams
· Document and diagram existing system and business processes and analyze for more efficient methods
· Translate functional business requirements into technical requirements working within an agile team
· Collaborate within an agile team to perform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed enhancements and projects to aid management in making implementation decisions
· Coordinate and perform use case tests, end-user reviews and post-implementation support
· Deliver orientation and training to end users for new capabilities, enhancements and projects including writing documentation
· Provide production support and research application incidents working with developers, end-users, and the Application support team
· Assist in prioritizing break/fix and enhancement requests with product managers, business leads, and Application support team to ensure delivery of prioritized requests in a timely manner
Qualifications
- 10+ years of functional SAP experience in MM/PP, ideally in a CPG/Manufacturing business
- Basic knowledge of SAP Ariba a plus
· Knowledge of APIs and other integration methodologies
· SDLC/Agile methodologies
· Strong multitasking and enhancement & production management experience
· Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
· Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
