New OBA API installation

Hello OBA developers,

In Spokane, we've been running our OBA API in an older Tomcat instance, but we are considering spinning up a new version in a better environment.

Is there some documentation you can provide showing new installation procedures or practices so we can start a new installation in a new environment?
