Hello,
Thank you for contacting us.
As of June 3, 2024, Ona Data added public projects and form limits, and form submission limits were applied to both private and public forms. Our updated pricing page has information on the new limits for each plan level. As a reminder, the following changes were implemented:
-
Free accounts - All public projects will be made private. All public forms will be made inactive and private.
-
Standard accounts - All public projects above the account limit (2 public projects) will be made private. The most recently created public projects will remain public up to the account limit. All public forms above the account limit (10 public forms per public project) will be made inactive. The most recently created/uploaded public forms will remain public up to the account limit.
-
Pro accounts - All public projects above the account limit (5 public projects) will be made private. The most recently created public projects will remain public up to the account limit. All public forms above the account limit (15 public forms per public project) will be made inactive. The most recently created/uploaded public forms will remain public up to the account limit.
If you want different public forms, you can make the inactive forms public up to the account limits. To change a project from private to public or vice versa, check out documentation on projects.
These changes will not affect data access for project admins. If your account goes over its plan’s limit, your account will experience some limitations. To upgrade your account, please check out our help documentation.
Hope this gives clarity. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
Regards,
Evans
