packet delivery ratio

Hi all

how can i calculate the packet delivery ratio on omnet++ ?

is there any statistic that can calculate it immediately

Hi,

Some apps compute “packets sent” and "packets received” statistics. You could use that to compute the delivery ratio. Have a look at UdpBasicApp.ned

so i have to calculate it be using PDR= packet received / packet send

will i be able to draw it ?

I am not sure what you would like to draw. The PDR would be a sole number. You probably want to vary a parameter that you think may affect the PDR and then plot a PDR graph agains the parameter values examined by your simulation
