number of samples

Hi there,

great work and very interesting project. I was wondering whether someone could point me to the source code where I can increase the number of samples allowed for analysis.

Hallo Kristian.

You can download the source code from our GitHub repository at https://github.com/bigomics/omicsplayground . In the near future, we are planning to increase the maximum number of samples on our online platforms for subscribers.

Hi Ivo,

thanks for your reply. I was aware where I can find the source code. I was rather wondering where in the source code I find the setting that limits the number of samples to 20.

Grützi Kristian. You can adjust the sample limit in the OPTIONS file in the shiny folder.
