September board meeting

Hey folks,

Happy August! We need to have a board meeting to vote on BOD members by the end of September. I'd like to have it in a public place (Beerwerks?) so we can invite anyone who wants to come. We'll also talk about fall race planning.

Looks like the week of September 11th is going to work best for me. Please let me know your availability for:

Monday 9/11

Tuesday 9/12

Wednesday 9/13

Would you also please let me if you would like to keep or change your position.

Those days work for me. My preference would be the 12 or 13th. 

I am happy to give up my position if someone wants it. Otherwise I'll keep chugging along.

I'm good too with the proposed dates.  I can stay or leave, not sure what I really do.

Given Jason's more active role in RD, I would propose trying to get a new treasurer.  Danielle Joyce expressed interest last year.  She is studying to be an accountant and I think this would be a great fit for her.  My two cents.

Regarding officers:

I think you all have made some great contributions, and definitely see no need to have folks step off unless they really want to!

So, we at least have an opening for Treasurer. We could also see if there's a way to plug Angela in. I'll reach out to them both.

I've not spoken to Danielle about the possible treasurer position but I know she expressed interest last time and showed up to the meeting.  I can reach out to her but I'm not sure if you are suggesting below that perhaps Angela might be a fit.  You say reach out to BOTH of them but I don't know who else you are referring to.
