OLM Ministry Assignments for March, 2026

Good evening my fellow Ministers of the Word and Extra-Ordinary Ministers of the Holy Eucharist,

Please find attached herewith below copy of Lectors' and Extra-Ordinary Ministers’ of the Holy Eucharist assignment schedules for the five (5) Sundays of March, 2026.  As is always the case, effort has been made to assign only those days or dates that specific ministers had indicated beforehand their availability or unavailability for the month of March. For ministers who have not previously indicated unavailability during particular times of the month, please expect to possibly receive an assignment at least twice during the month. If you are unable to serve on a particular date and time assigned to you,  it would be very much appreciated if you can find your replacement, under email or text advice to me. 

Once again, per my previous advice to yourselves, to enable me to complete the release of the following month's (April) schedule by the middle of the upcoming month of March, I am requesting any minister with a particular schedule request for April, 2026 to please send me your request before March 15, in order for me to be able to incorporate your request in the regular April schedule. Any requests received past the deadline could not be guaranteed for inclusion in the schedule. Please note that special assignments for Masses and services during the week of the Sacred Easter Triduum (Holy Thursday thru Easter Sunday) will be made with special direction and guidance from our Pastor Father Marty and, hopefully, will be made available before the first half of March passes.  I will keep you further posted as this particular schedule becomes available.  

May I request everyone to please confirm their receipt of this email message and schedule.

Once again, the Parish is grateful to all of you for your faithful performance of ministerial service. 

A copy of the schedule will be posted on the bulletin board in the Sacristy, and another copy inserted in the sign-in folder also in the Sacristy, both for your reference.
