Oligotyping for QIIME dataset

Hello,
I am new to Oligotyping, I have a tried to Convert a QIIME dataset foe oligotyping, but was not successful. But suggest me how do I proceed for the same.

If you are new to oligotyping I would suggest you to use DADA2.
