problem in oligotyping installation

Hello Sir,
I have installed oligotyping pipeline successfully, along with R, blastn and python 2.7.
After installation when i gave 'oligotype -help' command am getting the following error. Kindly help me how deal with this error

[localhost ~]$ oligotype -help
  File "/home/uexcel/miniconda3/bin/oligotype", line 25
    ''' % (os.path.realpath(os.path.abspath(os.path.split(inspect.getfile(inspect.currentframe()))[0])))
      ^
SyntaxError: invalid syntax
[localhost ~]$

Can anybody help me to solve the mentioned error during installation of oligotyping.

Maddy, the way it usually works is this: you send an e-mail, and wait. There is no need to send multiple e-mails to the group and private e-mails to the developers for the same question.

You mention that you installed Python 2.7, but the error you pasted in your e-mail suggest the otherwise:

[localhost ~]$ oligotype -help

  File "/home/uexcel/miniconda3/bin/oligotype", line 25

    ''' % (os.path.realpath(os.path.abspath(os.path.split(inspect.getfile(inspect.currentframe()))[0])))

      ^

SyntaxError: invalid syntax

[localhost ~]$

This is from miniconda web page:

Miniconda is Python 2 based and Miniconda3 is Python 3 based.

The error seems to be due to the Python version.
