duplicate key in file "/Users/.matplotlib/matplotlibrc", line #2

Hi, I recently just installed oligotype. When I try to run the script, there is always following warning message: Duplicate key in file "/Users/.matplotlib/matplotlibrc", line #2

(fname, cut))

How can I fix this?

Hi Liwei,

Probably by removing the duplicate key from the second line of the file "/Users/.matplotlib/matplotlibrc".

I checked the file but I was not able to locate the duplicate key. Sorry, I am very new to this.
