--- Jim continuing the work on AbstractMarkupFilter and YAML config with tests pass

Big refactoring PR coming up

https://groups.google.com/g/okapi-devel/c/ANOOXgImOos

=== Build:

https://groups.google.com/g/okapi-devel/c/bI0PZ6NpLrQ

Longhorn build is broken it seems

(can’t get the jar for Rainbow).

Other builds are ok: https://gitlab.com/okapiframework/okapi

=== IDs in TextFragment

From Jim: filters maintaining set id's is broken with TextFragment.append…

https://groups.google.com/g/okapi-devel/c/dGVBn8l6vZE

=== Markdown filter changes

See https://groups.google.com/g/okapi-devel/c/RAz-5vyWJ8Y

Jim stashed the changes that destabilized the filter.

Any update?

=== Jim’s plans for 2022:

See https://groups.google.com/g/okapi-devel/c/mWmQrSE9BKc

MiIhai suggested using Enum's for calls to TextUnitMerger so the caller can pick the level of matching from strict to lax. Merging will use the strictest matching.

Mihai also suggested that we add an annotation/note in any TextUnit with code alignment issues vs throwing a single exception.

=== Other Business:

Next meeting on Dec-9

-end

Question for the meeting: Does the xliff2 lib preserve comments?

My recollection is that our XLIFF2 library does not preserve them.

That's what we are seeing on a weird test file we got. I'll create an issue. In some cases we need to pass those through as skeleton.

Hi Jim,
just chiming in to note that the XLIFF2 filter does not preserve
foreign namespace tags either. You might add this to the issue.
