Social Determinants of Health API group

In prior calls/listserv emails, we discussed potential inclusion of Social Determinants of Health features into the OHIE architecture.  To follow up with that discussion, I've run across a group working to specify APIs for Social Determinants data to be included in the FHIR API specification.  The group is called "Gravity Project".  https://confluence.hl7.org/display/PC/The+Gravity+Project+Home

From the timeline, it looks like they want to be finished by December.  I joined the group, and will be following this closely.
