ocropus-rpred compile error in python2.7 on windows

Hello,
Can you please help me to solve the issue that i am facing.
OS: Windows server 2012
VS: Visual studio 2013
Python version: 2.7 32 bit
Ocropus installation done successfully after nightmare.
Story:
image binarization done with out any issues.
image segmentation done with out any issues.
when i ran ocropus-rpred, i am getting error like ' ocropus.lib" compile error in native.py line 66.
