Dear OCAW Members and Friends:

Volunteer opportunity to help elderly family members to take a short break where you are on duty.

You are not required to do heavy or professional care taker's work.

Volunteer 6 or more hours a month in the Fairfax County families.

Volunteers can reside in any County or State. 

Date: 8/20/19, Tuesday

Time: 1:00 pm

Topic: Volunteer Respite Program

Location: Pennino Building 7th Floor (12011 Government Center Parkway, Fairfax, VA 22035)

Parking : Front or back parking lot or the employee garage

You are not obligated to participate after the introduction session. 

Please join with us to explore the volunteer opportunity.

After the orientation, can we meet for afternoon tea or you prefer to have a lunch together? Take your pick.

I will attend the meeting. I went to the Fairfax County Government’s website but can not find any information regarding the meeting.

 

How about the afternoon tea in my house. We can talk in a quieter environment and our voices can be as loud as we want. I will provide cake and other sweets.
