Hi Potters,

Happy humid fall; here are your weekly updates and reminders and links!

UNLOADING GAS FIRING: Tomorrow 9/24 at 9:30am Jack and I will be unloading the gas kiln. Join us at 9:30 if you would like to help unload. Otherwise please wait until after we have unloaded to come and grab your pots.

PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF: Reminder to please clean up after yourself. This includes putting the lids back on the glaze buckets, immediately washing any brushes with wax on them, picking up shavings and trimmings from the floor, returning tools to where they came from, wiping down surfaces, and throwing away your trash. Please pick up after yourself so someone else doesn't have to.

SWIPE ACCESS: everyone who attended an orientation and everyone who completed all of their service hours last semester has been submitted for swipe access. If your ID is not working, and if you are having trouble getting into the co-op, please reach out to let us know.

CLAY-MAKING AND CLEANING SIGN-UPS:  Please sign up for shifts. And please do not edit the amount of cells in the spreadsheet or remove anyone who has signed up before you.

WEEKLY CALENDAR: Please refer to the weekly calendar for office hours.

BEGINNER CENTERING WORKSHOPS WITH CASEY: "Beginner potters, this class is made for you. If centering your clay feels harder than creating your piece—or if it’s taking more than 2 minutes to get centered—it’s time to master the basics with guidance that works. Walk away confident, centered, and ready to create."

Thanks for reading. See y'all in the co-op,
Maya

Hi Maya,
Do I have swipe access?  Also, how do I pay my community member fee for the semester?  I plan on starting independent cleaning next week for my community hours.
Thanks,
Beth Lucius
