Dear Colleagues,

Our students are hosting a virtual networking event for student sustainability leaders on Thursday, April 23 from 7:30-8:30 PM (ET), and we would love to invite your students to join. 

The hour will begin with a short talk from a Loomis Chaffee alum (’23), now studying environmental studies and mathematics at UPenn, who will share insights into the sustainability work he’s pursuing in college. Our students have been inspired to hear about opportunities after graduation, and we look forward to sharing Sandro’s story. From there, students will move into facilitated breakout groups to connect with peers from other schools, sharing successes, challenges, and ideas in their respective sustainability efforts.

We hope this space offers students both inspiration and a practical opportunity to learn from one another, adding another opportunity to engage in the similar work spearheaded by Emma Willard School!

I know this is a busy time of year, but if you’re willing to share this opportunity with your students, we’d be grateful to have their voices in the conversation. Additional details are included in the attached flyer.
