Hello everyone, I would like to know how do I get the registration of the OAI protocol of my journal? I'm not in the IT field and I've been finding it difficult.

Hi Milena,

Do you know what system/platform your journal uses? If you are unsure, please share the website for your journal and we can try to work it out.

 

The best place to start is the documentation for the system/platform, to find out whether it supports OAI-PMH, and if it does, what the URL for the OAI-PMH interface is.

As an example, if you are using Open Journal Systems (OJS), their demo site has an OAI-PMH URL like this: https://demo.publicknowledgeproject.org/ojs3/demo/index.php/demojournal/oai?verb=Identify

Once we know the right URL, we can talk you through how to register.
