Hi Vaishnavi,
I’ve had a quick look at one of your journals, and could not see an obvious indication of which software you are using to generate the site.
If it is a bespoke platform, the best starting point would probably be:
https://www.openarchives.org/pmh/tools/, focusing on the things that
aren’t listed as a ‘Harvester’.
If your journal sites are compiled static html, and you don’t have the capability to run server-side processing, then this might also be of use:
