I've been building an MVP for a company in the wellbeing space.

They have strong values and a good mission - for improving wellbeing in the corporate workplace, and they have built a well-thought out software product for delivering that vision.

However, I'm moving on so I'm looking for someone to replace me and look after the code for them as they develop it further.  They have customers and are looking to grow, talking to investors as well.  They require about a day per week of my time at the moment and they have never been late with payments.

The code itself is Rails 6.0 with Ruby 2.5.1, in Docker.  It has end-to-end tests (using Spinach, Capybara and Selenium Webdrivers on headless Chrome) and is currently deployed on AWS ElasticBeanstalk with MySQL on RDS.  No code is perfect, but it's pretty well structured and while the test coverage isn't anywhere near 100% all the major functionality is covered so you can be confident when making changes or doing upgrades.

The clients are nice people, they're well connected and I believe they are going places with this product.  Ultimately they wanted me to join them full-time as an inhouse developer - however, an offer has come up that I can't refuse.

So if you are freelance and looking for some steady income with an option of it becoming something more in the future, give me a shout - rah...@echodek.co

Cheers
Baz
