Survey Volunteers - in particular Lead Developers

HI NWRUG,

I’m looking to speak to some lead developers to gain an understanding of their career journey to date, they type of support (coaching, training, mentorship) they may have received, and how they keep themselves current.

I am interested in building an online community for lead (or budding lead) developers, so your input will be helping your peers, and by extensions the people that work for them.

Survey takes about 10 mins and by way of thanks I will donate £10 to the charity of your choice (so long as I don't get t00ooo many helpful people!!!!)
