nvpy 0.9.7 released: ttk theme support, logging bug fix.

nvpy 0.9.7 has just been released to the Python Package Index at http://pypi.python.org/pypi/nvpy/0.9.7

To upgrade, do the following:

    sudo pip uninstall nvpy

    sudo pip install --upgrade nvpy

On https://github.com/cpbotha/nvpy the release is tagged as "v0.9.7".

Changes since 0.9.6:

* TTK Theme support - you can now change the UI theme with a setting in the config, see https://github.com/cpbotha/nvpy#making-nvpy-slightly-less-ugly-on-linux

* logging bug fix - due to a previous PR, a config bug crept in whereby nvpy was not writing to its log file.
