Form Ranger not working

I have a form in which Form Ranger does not update even though the update options are checked every hour and when a form is submitted. The column in the spreadsheet from which the data is taken does not have duplicates nor does it exceed 1000 entries. What could be the cause?. Thanks for any ideas

The usual cause is duplicates in the list.

Have you tried the unique function?  Have you tried using a countif to count how many of each item is on the list?
