concatenation formula fields don't appear

hi my user key is  AH1QqutVQ1lYmGhuoiz+iHIJmjZLYG9Kg+HAtsxIbi/pH3Z724EVQCabOuj7hdP+1xHOZ2Z7ohJ3

i have applied concatenation formula to concatenate a set of strings in an activity planner, which should appear in the dropdown in the activity reviewer form. however none of the concatenated strings show up. any suggestions? many thanks!

Check your formula m. You might be creating duplicates on the empty rows.

There is a tool in the description of the group that looks for duplicates.
